Vta NanoflocĀ®
VTA NanoflocĀ® - high performance and outstanding
cost efficiency
We work in water treatment using the most advanced and modern nanotechnologies, allowing us to achieve outstanding results in water purification and quality improvement. Our innovative methods ensure maximum efficiency in contaminant removal while minimizing environmental impact and contributing to sustainable development.
The fast and reliable effect of VTA NanoflocĀ® is confirmed by a series of practical tests.
VTA NanoflocĀ® is not just an āemergency teamā for crisis situations: as demonstrated by numerous practical applications, this product is also highly effective in optimizing the operation of wastewater treatment plants ā especially in facilities that constantly operate under difficult conditions, such as seasonal or permanent hydraulic overloads. Thanks to its advanced formula and innovative nanotechnology-based approach, it helps improve treatment stability, increase operational efficiency, and reduce maintenance challenges in demanding environments.
The fast and reliable effect of VTA NanoflocĀ® is confirmed by a series of practical tests and real-world applications in industrial and municipal facilities.
- Relief of the primary clarifier.
- Prevention of fine floc overflow in the secondary clarifier.
- Treatment of excess sludge before thickening and dewatering.
- Improvement of sludge volume index.
- Sulfur binding.
- Biomass retention in the digester.
- Prevention of foam formation in the digester.
- Breakdown of lipophilic substances.
VTA NanoflocĀ® acts not only extremely quickly, but is also applied in low dosages, making it especially economical and efficient.

VTA NanoflocĀ® in practice.
The treatment plant was designed for a capacity of 20,000 population equivalents (PE) and currently operates with a load of approximately 15,000 PE. Due to the situation caused by COVID-19, significant operational changes occurred at the treatment plant, while the increased volume of toxic substances in the wastewater caused serious stress to the biological ecosystem and negatively affected the stability of treatment processes.
- Measurement period: April 27 ā May 7, 2020.
- Daily water inflow volume: ~1000 m³ (ā from the food industry, ā municipal wastewater).
- Analysis: Collection of samples from separate tanks followed by detailed microbiological and operational analysis in the VTA laboratory.
- Problem: High load of surfactants causing imbalance in the biocenosis, intensified growth of foam-forming filamentous bacteria, as well as deterioration of flocculating bacteria, leading to floc decomposition and reduced treatment efficiency.
- Dosage: Application of VTA NanoflocĀ® directly into the ecosystem as part of the stabilization and optimization process.
